How do I unlock it?
Just press your registered fingerprint to the sensor — it opens in about half a second. It stores up to 10 fingerprints, so several people can have access.

Is it waterproof?
Yes — IP67 rated, so it handles rain and outdoor use. It works from −10°C to +40°C.

How is it charged, and how long does it last?
It recharges via USB-C and lasts around six months on a full charge. A red light warns you when the battery's getting low, so you've plenty of notice.

What happens if the battery dies completely?
For security, the lock stays locked when out of power — so keep it charged, and recharge it as soon as you see the low-battery warning. Once you plug it in, it works again straight away.
